Contract law

Contract law is not in fact a legal term. Nevertheless, many regard the term “contract law” as a synonym for the legal organisation of the core areas of their corporate or other type of professional everyday life, or for the organisation of a very specific case.

To this end, we fall back on our many years of experience and wealth of knowledge in taking on the legal organization and mapping out of the individual realities of our clients.

Instead of offering Internet or ready-made solutions, we offer our clients made-to-measure services. Each case is different, and when using model contracts, it has to be determined whether a “model case” is actually concerned.

From our perspective, the term contract law therefore stands for in particular:

  • Taking stock: what contracts are being used in the company, which ones need updating and which need to be re-drafted;
  • Drafting agreements, which apply to the activities of our clients and grow along with them;
  • Examining contract proposals in our areas of expertise;
  • Placing contracts for the translation of German and foreign-language contracts;
  • Rendering assistance and representation in contract negotiations.
