In the area of collection services and enforcement proceedings, we pursue all opportunities in each case to successfully assert claims of highly diverse content for our clients, both in and out of court and we also enforce them in the mid and long term if necessary, within the scope of forced execution both in Germany as well as abroad.

This includes:

• Out-of-court dunning letters;
• Obtaining enforceable instruments (judgments, enforcement orders);
• Carrying out all enforcement measures (writs of execution to bailiffs, orders of attachment, entry of land charges);
• Ensuring the collection of debt by way of personal contact with debtors and official enforcement institutions.
